FIT4FUN junior coaching sessions are back!
With the school holidays over and Little Athletics underway it is also time for the MattyB DEPT. junior coaching sessions to recommence.
FIT4FUN offers coaching with Olympians Lauren Boden and Melissa Breen to minis (8-11 years old) and juniors (11-16 years old) in a fun environment focused on long-term development.
Melissa and Lauren have returned from representing Australia at the recent World Championships and now focused on the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Athletes have already confirmed their spots but if other athletes are looking to join or would like more information they are welcome to contact Melissa at mattybfit4fun@gmail.com
All coaches are looking forward to seeing some smiling faces out at the track soon.
