MBD FAST – Fitness, Agility & Speed Training



Are you looking to find some extra speed, agility or fitness to go ahead of the pack?

Recovered from an injury and want to work on your running technique?

If you are looking for some real personal attention to improve your technique then the private coaching option is for you. These sessions are for the track and field athlete or a team sport player looking to improve their speed or technique.

Sessions are developed to suit individual/group needs but primary focus is on providing you with an understanding of movement patterns and concepts to improve technique and Speed.

There is complete flexibility in the design of your sessions based on your needs. There is also the option to arrange the session as a small group (maximum of 6) if you want to come with a couple of friends.


  • 1 on 1 – $125 per hour
  • 2 people – $70 each per hour
  • 3 people – $ 50 each per hour
  • 4-6 people – $40 each per hour

Usual Location: AIS Athletics track

Session Time: By Arrangement                                                              

Coaches include:

    • MattyB – Level 5 IAAF Sprint coach / Masters in Sports Coaching
    • Melissa Breen – Australian 100m record holder / Level 3 qualified coach
